Our New Building

Our new office address is:

Our phone number will remain the same, 419-425-1510 .

Our new office is located directly across Lake Cascades from our previous location, situated behind the Sunrise Assisted Living complex and the building which is home to National Lime and Stone, Pry CPA and our local radio station all of which are located on Lake Cascades Boulevard. 

 Our first day of service in our new location is August 1, 2005.

On our new web site, we have provided you with the various forms that normally would be sent to you  in the mail, so that you are able to fill them out in the comfort of your home, right on our web site. 

Our web site is still under construction, so we ask you to be patient while we are in the development stages of this endeavor.
