We ask that you please call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.  This gives us the opportunity to attempt to fill that slot with another patient.

It is the policy of Cascades Women’s Health to charge the patient a fee of $25.00 if they have an appointment and do not call to cancel it.  This fee is not payable by any insurance company, and remains the responsibility of the patient.  This is due in full prior to your next appointment.  We allow 2 no-show appointments before we consider the patient for termination from the practice.

Upon the second no-show, a reminder letter is sent to you regarding our policy which again states that we only allow 2 no-show appointments and asks that you please call us if you are unable to come in for your scheduled appointment.
